This easy-to-grow herb pairs well with a variety of dishes from sauces to vegetables to marinades and is not as strong-flavored as Greek Oregano. Use it fresh with grilled meats but its best flavor comes our after drying. Just rinse off loose soil, lay flat on a screen in the sun or hang in a bunch to dry and you'll have oregano all winter long!
