Disappointed

After seeing the information on buying some Russian Sage plants, they had listed but two sets get one free!! So seemed like a good deal. Made order and put 3 in order spot and price stayed the same as if ordered two. Added to cart got shipping quote and put in my card info. Order shows up only two sets of plants inside. Not the three I originally ordered. Got ahold of customer service tried calling the number left message with my number. But someone texted me back and said looking over the order see only two sets on order and claimed no way they could change or software wouldn’t have messed up??? Anyway they checked with owner and said they could ship those two out but I would need to pay the shipping!!! I just don’t understand how they would feel if that happened to them in any situation ??? That’s the main reason I ordered from them is I was getting two more plants in that same orange original cost. Because the four I got wasn’t worth the amount I paid, thinking I was getting the 6 plants ???
